Guarantee
1) We carefully select only high quality apparel that we believe you will love. In case you don't, or if the size is wrong, all items carry a 30 day money back guarantee, for credit (to your credit card) or exchange, on the cost of the merchandise. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition.
2) We guarantee to ship your order within 4 weeks of when you placed the order. If we don't, we will refund you the freight charge on your order. This guarantee applies only to orders placed with credit cards which have the correct credit card billing address, and does not apply if we have to contact you for information that is missing from your order.
Usually, all orders received by 2pm Central Time are shipped within one week. Special order items will require more time. In the very unlikely event that an item you order is not in stock, we will notify you within 48 hours via telephone or email.
Payments
You may pay for your order with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as by money order or wire transfer.
Shipping
We ship most orders by UPS Ground. Shipping charges are $4.95 for orders under $20, and $6.95 for orders from $20-$100. UPS Ground shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. UPS Ground is a 1-5 day service to all continental US addresses. We also ship via Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPOs, and US territories at the same price.
Expedited Shipping: For guaranteed shipping times, UPS 2 Day ($12.95) and Overnight ($21.95) are always available.
About UPS: UPS does not count weekend days or holidays. A UPS Overnight shipment sent on Friday will be delivered Monday. Likewise, a UPS 2 Day order shipped Thursday will be delivered on Monday, and a 2 Day order shipped on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. We can arrange for Saturday delivery of Overnight shipments, but there is an extra charge of $17.00, and you must call us at 1-314-892-8771 for this service. UPS does not pick up on weekends, so all shipments will be sent Monday through Friday.
International Shipping: Yes, we can ship most of our items to international addresses. International orders must have the correct billing address for the credit card, and ship to the same country from which the credit card is issued. We can also ship orders upon receipt of an international money order in US Funds. Call 1-314-892-8771 for more details.

Exchange and Return Policy
You may exchange or return items purchased from our store within 30 days, as long as they are unworn and in new condition. Please see our full return policy for more details, including our holiday return policy.

Our shopping cart process uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to transmit credit card information. We never sell or give out any personal information (names, email addresses, etc.), so you can shop with us with confidence.
Safe Shopping Guarantee
We guarantee that every online transaction you make with us will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
